August Spin Clinic

Those who register in advance with payment ($15) will have first guaranteed spot, walk-ins and payment will also be accepted at check-in ($25). 

Advanced tickets will be available until June 24th at 8pm. Doors open at 9:30 and the clinic will end at 4pm.

Please wear breathable clothing that you can freely move in. This is an indoor event, however the gym can be hot in the summer months. Don't forget kneepads or any sort of supportive wraps/braces that you may need for impactful movement.

Please bring plenty of water. We will break for a 30 minute lunch. If you do not wish to pack a lunch, there are several food options in the area (Wawa and McDonalds)

Some rifles/sabers will be available, but it is reccomended to bring your own if you have any as these will be first come, first served. Flags will be provided.
